Default 1915 Cracker Jack Fred Clarke HOF Very Nice PSA 1

Offered here is a very nice example of a 1915 Cracker Jack of HOF Fred Clarke. Clarke has one of the iconic posses from the set sitting on his bat . The card is well centered clean and bright with minimal product staining and corner wear on the front. The back is nice with also with minimal product staining and some toning . I bought this card with a several others and sent it to be graded (which took 8 months) I have looked under magnification and have no idea why it is a 1 instead of a 3 . Perhaps there is some spec of paper loss on the back that I cant see. If anyone can see anything please let me know. I will say I just sold an Oakes in a 2.5 on the board that looked like a 5 or better. The person that bought it got it and couldn't find any flaws either.
425.00 paypal f & f and 10.00 for shipping in a USPS flat rate box SOLD
