Milt Graff 1957 rookie year GPC autograph
Hi all,
In my quest of tracking down items related to Graff's in professional sports I came across a GPC signed by Milt Graff dated June 4, 1957. Graff played two seasons for the Kansas City Athletics as a second basemen and had made his MLB debut just a month and a half prior to sending out this card. The card was sent in respoonse to a woman in Milwakee who had requested a photograph. Milt writes her thanking her for the note and letting her know that he hasn't any photos to send. Although his autograph is relatively common and can be found for less that $5, it is a neat slice of history from early in his career! Take care! Jake
