Purchased this Ruth cut about 30 years from a friend.
Thoughts on legitimacy would be greatly appreciated!!!

It’s 100% no good. However it’s not a terrible forgery to be honest.

Certainly possible that your friend didn't know it was bad at the time. But it's a bummer nonetheless.
