per bbce website:
The charge for authentication will be 8% of the retail value of the box (minimum charge will be $8 with a maximum of $5,000). The charge will be applied whether the unopened box is deemed “good” or “bad”. If the box is deemed “good”, it will be wrapped in our shrink wrap with a sticker identifying the box. For rush services, the charge will be 15% of the retail value, with a minium of $15. Please write "RUSH" in bold letters on the outside of the package. Please note the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways.
