Hi Everyone! I just joined the forums, though I've been lurking for a few months and really enjoying the threads.

My only pre-war focus is the Diamond Stars set and some of the African American players that never made it to the major leagues. Not very impressive, I know. The majority of my collection is post-war.

I collect Hank Aaron, Roberto Clemente, and Yogi Berra cards from the 50s and early 60s and build some sets from the early '70-73 (baseball, basketball, and football), cards I remember fondly from childhood.

All the Best!

PS: Posting from Orange County, CA.

Default Rppc....

Welcome to the fray, Frankish.
I doubt any of these guys made the majors...It was long before MLB segregation ended.

Welcome. Any collection is impressive, even if it's a baby. We all started small at one point.

Leon, that's a great picture. Wish I had the knowledge to identify anyone....

Welcome, you will find there are several big Clemente collectors on here. There is a running thread on the postwar board. You should check it out.

Welcome from the Southeast portion of Los Angeles County! I live about 3 blocks outside of Orange County. I came here looking for 53 Bowmans, still am, but I've come across some entertaining discussions and have seen cards that I never knew that existed. I hope you'll find lots on this site and to be able to share what you have with the rest of the membership.

Welcome, also in OC, not too far from the PSA office and Memory Lane.
