Another PSA Head-Scratcher
In the current Heritage Auctions, a PSA 9 (Pop 2, none higher) N28 Allen & Ginter Cap Anson clearly has paper loss on the back. Right in the middle where what I'm assuming was glue that was once attached to a scrapbook.
How does PSA miss this? It's so blatant, especially when it's the highest graded example (tied with another). https://sports.ha.com/itm/baseball/1...umbnail-071515

Yeah...but this was graded long time ago and only reholdered. At that time they should have noticed it was very much over graded but we know better.
