1936 sing sing football team news with original mailing tube

How rare is this?
From 1936..original mailing tube from sing sing
I googled it...sing sing had football team from 1931 to 1936
Team was owned and coached by Tim Mara...yes the original owner of the ny giants...the qb the 1st 4 years was Alabama Pitts ..after his release he playedfor the Philadelphia eagles..
