Default Banned from PSACARD.com

Two weeks ago I get the boot from the CU forum for bringing up the class action lawsuit against PWCC. Then two days later, I can't log onto the PSA website. I've emailed customer service 3 times and recieved no response. Did I just get the double ban?

In a very non-offensive post I simply mentioned how I saw no real difference between 9s and 10s on modern cards but that it is profitable for TPGs to discern such a differnce. I didn't even criticise PSA per se and did not use any salty language, etc. i'm not sure where the thread went from there but they have a new administrator who I think just bans any threads or posters there that might lead down the road of being critical of PSA, TPGs, etc.

I didn't realize that it could lead to being banned from using their grading site and therefore their registry. Seems like a pretty stupid move to do that.

With PSA's refusal to even acknowledge the scandal, it shouldn't be surprising to anyone that they are seeing this type of behavior from them.

No rational company would act like this. This is one of many reasons I just despise PSA. If this doesn't piss you off, nothing will.

Dopey mc dope dopes can't help themselves and keep submitting to these crooks in record numbers though. I think it's hilarious.

Default Bans

I think the bans just pertain from posting on message boards. Be careful what you say they it is very restrictive .

It's like the Twilight Zone episode with Billy Mumy…

You'd better say nice things to me... It's good that PSA grades altered cards. It's good that PSA turns a blind eye.

Either think good thoughts, or get wished into the Cornfield. Sorry you got "shucked" by PSA.

PSA really is a special kind of outfit.

This looks like good material for an article......

Are people really surprised that a company bans people for bringing up negative stories about them on their own forum? Particularly ones that might have legal repercussions for that company?

Are you banned from submissions also? Can't believe they would do that.

PSA is a horrible company and I hope a new grading company will take their place being the go to company to use.

I continue to be surprised and disappointed.

The fact that they are covering up giant chunks of key information could easily come back to bite them. In the eyes of law enforcement, the legal repercussions of banning, censorship and cover-ups could easily outweigh anything that might result from letting their customers rationally and non-offensively share their concerns.

If I can't log into my PSA account, then I can't submit anymore.

"In the eyes of law enforcement"? What? Deleting posts and banning people from a forum they own will have no legal repercussions whatsoever. They own the forum. They can do whatever they want.

Funny the apparently wont/wouldn't ban known card doctors, but would ban you for speaking out

I don't have anything worth grading so I have no personal stake in this - but isn't there enough expertise and hobby status among the people on this board to put together a grading company if y'all worked together? I'm not saying you should want to, of course....

if your that ticked off about it, you can start your own website talking about your mistreatment. It will get their attention.

You're about the 5th person I've seen that not only had your forum account deleted, but also your psacard.com account. It happened to me a few months ago. But yes, they're rounding the wagons to protect their sacred cows.
