Default Anyone know member "BMB Cards"?

Last week, this member claimed a card from a BST post of mine. I received a payment but no shipping info, and he hasn't responded to my PMs asking for it. (And I don't have his email address.)

I tried contacting Leon but I'm not sure if it went through. Anyone know this person, or have any advice on how to handle this? I can keep waiting but I'm starting to think I should return the payment and list the card for sale again.

(It's not a huge amount of $, in case anyone is wondering.)

Thanks all,
Matthew

I would personally hold the card for a while(week?) more. With the fires in Cali maybe they have something more important going on now. You have their money so something probably very important had to come up or they would be contacting you I would think. Just my $.02 and hope it works out for you both.

I misread the post....let me make a call...

edited to add, he will call you and/or contact you shortly. He's been dealing with some ancillary stuff from the fires, it sounds like.

I just heard from him. Thanks so much, Leon.

And thank you also for the response, Ben.

You're welcome. And, btw, I never received a message from you. I am not saying you didn't send one, only that I didn't receive or see one. Sounds like it's all good now. Good luck in the hunt!

Guys- I know this is a bit off topic to this thread, but I too have been trying to contact a member here on multiple occasions about a card to purchase on the BST, but my IT'S have gone unanswered, so I am not sure if they ever received them.

The person is mighty.

Thanks

My sense is that PMs get glitchy sometimes and aren't delivered. Maybe check with Leon about another possible way to contact them?

What are you talking about? There is no ID of "Mighty" in the system. Do you know someone that goes by "Mighty"? If so, I "mighty" stay away from them.
And I did receive your PM asking the same thing. I don't think our PM system is jittery at all. Other things, yes, the PM system works if it is done correctly, as far as I know.

Just a guess - maybe “mighty” means he’s a big deal?

That is hilarious. I had a member who has had a never ending supply of altered cards for sale for decades. Tell me how big of a deal he is when I asked him about the never ending supply of rare error(altered junk) he sells.

Peter will be the first to tell you that as long as they are in slabs, the details of how they got there and what’s actually in the slab are both irrelevant.

And I was thinking someone big within our world, like an AH owner or a TPG owner or something.
