Needing helping with a basketball auto

I was given this ball as a birthday gift around the time the Lakers were led by Kobe and Shaq (early 2000s).

I have no idea what I did with the paperwork. I still have the ball. Looking for opinions on authenticity and well as the potential company that authenticated the ball.

Signature looks quite a bit like a lot of his Upper Deck authenticated balls. I called them and it's not their hologram.
