Selling a huge lot of 1956s. SALE IS PENDING
884 cards give or take a few. Average is slightly above VgEx
I checked the general shape on about half of them. The breakdown is as follows...
1% Nm, 4% ExMt, 23% Ex, 29% VgEx, 36% Vg, 8% G/Vg (with maybe a couple that are only Good)
There are no Hall of Famers, but there should be some semi-stars. Also included are some lower grade marked checklists.
I am enclosing pics of the lot, pics of a front and a back of each condition.
I will not guarantee that I have graded each card accurately as I am not a grading service, but I can assure the buyer that the overall average of the cards is VG Ex.
Also, the cards are evenly distibuted so you won’t have 15 dupes of one guy. It is more likely that there are up to 4 or 5 of each player.
FYI, I also have similar lots each year available from 1957 through 1979. Each of those lots has over 1000 cards. The condition on those is better, averaging Ex and up to ExMt or better for the newer years (including both 1975 mini and the regular set).
