was this given the proper grade ?

Sweet looking card except for the tape on the corners ? a 2 ?

Looks accurate with the stains. Maybe send it to PSA and get a 6/7 ST?

Tape stains usually get hammered by PSA too.

That's why the submitter puts in allow qualifier when submitting - no?

if that's tape on the corner, then the highest it will grade is a 2 even with PSA. I once owned a nice looking Ernie Banks rookie. I thought it would at least grade a 6 at best. Had some tape residue on the back. Came back a 2. I contacted one of the graders to ask why it was graded so harshly and they stated that is the highest with a PSA 2 with something on the card.

PSA doesn't consider adhesive residue to be a stain like wax or gum. Those are "natural" from packs. Cards with water stains are usually graded as though they're damaged, not stained.

Maybe PSA won't be able to see the stains. Ya' never know with what has been seen so far.

That might be a chance worth taking. But be sure to submit it under the name Card-Buyer, PWCC, cccardfactory or HawkDynasty. You'll need some help in getting it slabbed above a "2".
