I won and paid for an auction item on October 1st. I never received the item or any communication from the seller, and I opened a case on October 17th, since which time the status in the Resolution Center has been listed as "You contacted Customer Support. Awaiting response."
My question is how long do these cases generally take? |

You should have gotten something from eBay shortly after you opened the case. Are you 100% sure you completed the process to open a case? I would call eBay customer support.
