Had a guy I dealt with years ago that could remove cards from a scrapbook, but unfortunately he passed away. I recently got a few pages with some nice cards I'd like to get loose without damaging them,so I'm looking for options or advice. These are from a mid 50's scrapbookif thst makes a difference in what to use. Thanks! Brandonu

Hey Brandon -- I haven't been on here long, but I think if you enter "soak cards scrapbook distilled water" into the search function, you'll see quite a few posts/threads on the topic, including tips.

Hey! Thanks for the tip, but for some reason the page won't let me enter a search term, it just goes back to to blank search box. I'll try to figure gout what I'm doing wrong lol

Search for a local paper restorer, and they should be able to professionally do the removal for a reasonable price and time duration.

This was posted way back when by member Jobu, and it really helps track stuff down (although Net54 is a notoriously tough site to zero in on exactly what you're trying to find, but this way certainly helps)...
A far better way to search the forum for old posts is to go to the url/address box and type "search site:www.net54baseball.com" (without the quotes) followed by a space and then whatever it is that you want to search for. This will let you use Boolean operators built into Google that Net54 doesn't allow (AND and OR) and quotation marks to search for an exact phrase. It is much better than using the forum's search option.
