1930's? wooden football player moved to eBay

Hi, I have this unusual football item for sale. This is 4 1/2" wide, 6" high. It appears to be thick cardboard attached to wood. The bottom of the base has an inscription that dates it 1936-1937.

$20 shipped. Any type of payment is fine.
