Hal Chase Red Letter Premium
I purchased this many years ago at a Reading show and just rediscovered it while moving. From my time on this board I've only ever seen a similar Mathewson. The premium measures 8"x10.5". It looks to be period.

Hal Chase
It's very similar to the card stock on the Sporting News premiums. I was thinking the same thing but given its size I wasn't sure.
