2010 Topps Chipper Jones
I came across this card in a pile of modern cards I picked up somewhere. It is a 2010 Topps #652 Chipper Jones with a black border. I can't find any reference to it and all the ones I have found have white borders. Any ideas on this?

I think it’s either a wal mart black border card or it’s one of the numbered parallels. You would find the number on the back if it’s that.
