This is absolutely not a 10, the only explanation is it was a reholder from a much earlier period where they actually would slab a 60/40 card as a 10.
From what i've seen that doesn't happen any more. a 55/45 won't slab as a 10 any more. While the submissions standards may not have technically changed, the actual process has definitely changed. Still a beautiful card, but that's not a 10. |
