On Wednesday 8/29 I paid for couple eBay cards. This morning, 5 days later on 9/03, the seller said he was not going to ship cards and cancelled order. Is this legal on eBay? I would really like the cards - do you know if there is any recourse I can take with eBay ? Is it worth contacting eBay? Lets suppose I am a seller and don't like the final sales bid, can I just say, "sorry I am canceling order and not shipping card?" Thx
