Just to point out that the Camnitz card with the 'F' stamp appears to be an example that is believed by some to have originated from author F. Scott Fitzgerald, and would likely bring a decent premium.
Here is a link to one of the many discussions on the board about these stamps: http://www.net54baseball.com/showthr...ght=fitzgerald Brian Last edited by brianp-beme; 06-07-2018 at 03:09 PM. |

If I were to buy these I would not pay more than 250 for the lot.

+1 to the premium for the F stamp. Not in great condition or a HOFer, but there will still be some premium there. I have probably done the most F stamp research and there is definite interest in these - it is funny because I was just thinking last week that it has been a long time since I have seen a new card.

I agree with $350 for this lot. With the Marquard, Pattee and F stamp being the best of the lot. Just my opinion of course, but I think $350 is fair.

Let us know, Matt. The one with the F Scott Fitzgerald on back, while not too valuable, is one that is a collecting niche for a few (as referenced above).
