| How rare are Kid Nichols Type 1 images?

I acquired this Type 1 1904 Conlon photo of Kid Nichols in the recent Christies auction and have attempted to find others from his playing days, to no avail. I see a few cabinet photos of Nichols from the 1890s, but no unmounted Type 1s. I don't even see any sales. Are Nichols photos just that rare? I'd love to see other Type 1s of Nichols that you may have. 1-Nichols-front-.jpg Nichols-PSA-letter.jpg Nichols-The-Big-Show-page.jpg Last edited by T206Jim; 06-02-2018 at 07:21 AM. |

Since he retired in 1906, playing days photos should be scarce.
