I would recommend the Pirates one from 1909 (I believe) which has Honus Wagner on it. Will send you a scan.

He might mean something like this. This one has a lower left crease and is unfolded. I don't have any for sale, and only have 2-3 tri-folds anyway. Good luck in the quest. Wags is 3rd from the end on the right. Triple folds are cool.
