Yes. But I think each eBay account needs to have a different email address, so you will need to have both email addresses in PayPal for it to work.

It was posted on Blowout that for the coupons that don't need activation, you can log out of eBay and buy the card as a guest, and reuse the coupon multiple times.

This promo doesn't show up in my eBay feed. I used a 15% coupon earlier this week. I wonder if that precludes me from using this one?

You need to be signed up for eBay Bucks through their website, and they send you an email if you get the special. Not everyone does.
