ts a LARGE thick CARDBOARD SIGN 21 X 17 very bright unfaded graphics
the image is identical to the one that you see on "Cy Young segram's Mirrors" for sale with a different color boarder these were made in the 1990's and there are many different HOF players ,
It has some creases in the top right hand corner
it has paper loss on back where is was stuck to a wall
I have been told its only from the 1990's ,
