What classifies as an “article” in the age of twitter continues to amaze me.
Brent lugs data the size of old phone book to NYC and gets 12 short paragraphs and a couple of charts, which is better than nothing, I suppose, but hardly a journalistic masterpiece. I, therefore, propose a new term for iPhone and internet fodder, masquerading as news. Rather than call such snippets articles, anything that can be read in less than than minute shall now be called an “articlette”. I do appreciate the topic being covered, but the size of the blanket is a bit disappointing. ![]()
