Can anyone help identify this ball

Hi I’m joe I’m a new member .i been collecting baseballs for about 18 years I have this stainless steel baseball and it appears to be hand made of very good quality. All it says on it “presented to babe Ruth 200th home run . I been researching this ball for 2 years and know nothing and never seen another please help me find out what I have here .
