So, just like many folks have noted here, PSA has had long turn around times lately. I had an early December express sub that I called on in early January. Coincidentally? it got finished and shipped that day - whoda thought! Anyway, the CSR said he would recommend that I receive a voucher for the tardiness. Lo and behold, it arrived today.
Now, the voucher was a little less than 20% of the sub amount, but I certainly appreciate the gesture. I submit less than 50 cards a year and they are certainly not high end. Was nice for a company to acknowledge fault and give a little back to the consumer. Just thought we could hear some positive take on the company that housed most of the slabbed cards out there. |

I also received vouchers today. Estimate 20 took 47, and they sent me $20

I think it's the inconsistency that gets me frustrated. I submitted a 10 day turnaround the first week of November and couldn't get them back in time for Christmas. Sent two emails and made two phone calls to customer service. Virtually no apology and certainly no vouchers for future service. My response was pretty much, "yeah it's busy during the holidays. What are you gonna do?"

I now submit and forget, it's the only way for me to not get frustrated with their tardiness. Phone calls for me equal, check back by friday, if you don't see your grades pop call us back. I'm sorry but we are backed up. Emails equate to a 4 day later computer generated response.
Nothing is going to change with their services, this is all cyclical. Roll with the punches. Last edited by Johnny630; 02-13-2018 at 04:14 AM. |

![]() It was just 5 cards, and it was add card grade to existing authentic auto. I was hoping I'd get 5 free grades, but that was probably wishful thinking! So getting 2 was ok 3 I would have been happy. I think the 5 might have just been too hugh if an expection. I did have a super express order of one card get delayed buy a few days, and they sent me the difference between a one day and a 5 day. However I've called and asked for a vouchers each time, and was met with " we'll see what we can do" a month later, vouchers showed up.

Our group order is past the 50 days. I know all the submitters are patient (as well as I am), but I'm debating whether to call or not.
