Can someone tell me why the image is different on this card? I see that most of them ruth is facing the other direction. Thanks chris

Given that Ruth is #1 on the card and his face is looking right, looks like you have a W516-1-1 instead of a W516-2-2. (Ruth is #10 on W516-2-* series cards.)
Compare to other W516-1-1 Ruths and you should see the image match up. Not sure if GAI can help you, but another service should be able to correct and reholder it.

Here's a comparison of the different W516 Ruth images. The W516-2-2 should have Pitcher on the second line, but it is trimmed in my example (which I no longer own).
