What is going on with this case???
I have seen this before why is the paper wrinkled? Thanks.

Pretty common. Nothing at all to be worried about. Probably just a quality control issue, got jammed into the holder or something.

If you're referring to the top edge of the card, it looks like it could be a shadow from the top edge of the gasket. You'll notice how the light is shining at an angle from the top-right. Just a possibility.

He's talking about the PSA flip; I have a bunch that came from PSA directly that are wrinkly.
