Thanks for the kinds words Scott. Still taking offers on what is probably the toughest possible HOF auto in the set.

Is the asking price 20,000 United States dollars or a different currency?

$20k is probably a pretty decent price considering the guy died in the 20's. I'd be surprised if another signed t206 even existed.

Great card. Didn't realize how rare his autograph was. Good luck with the sale.

I know there is at least one fake one and one is probably wanted badly by someone should it be real, however, I was not asking for confirmation that the price was realistic. I was asking for clarification if I understand the asking price.

With most things I suspect there are a few more than you would expect should it be real.

Default Currency

So you're asking if Ted is selling this for $20,000? Or 20,000 Pesos? Or 20,000 Euros? Do we really have an issue with the currency in use on this board? I've always paid in US dollars and been good with the sellers. I'd just go with that as the default if you see anything in the BST...

Cheers,
Geno

That is correct. I had attempted to see what sort of range you were requesting for the card. You had provided me with a very high and wide range that I was incapable of working with, which I concluded was half sarcasm.

I saw this and then I started to believe that maybe I misunderstood the currency. There are certainly people overseas and many people in Canada on this forum.

I wasn't attempting to piss on your thread. I simply asked a question for clarification. Either way, there is simply no way we can make a deal now, regardless of what the price is. Good luck with your sale.
