1903 New York Highlanders (Yankees) Unused Stock Certificate
Highly prized original stock certificate for the initial season of New York American League baseball. I have only seen 6 examples of this stock certificate hit the auction block over the past 15 years. This one is in tremendous condition, with only two very small tears (less than 1/2 inch each) keeping it from being near mint to mint. These tears virtually disappear when the certificate is laid flat.
