Need help identifying this signature please...

Need help identifying this signature please...

Most likely a football autograph, but could also be a baseball autograph... Only hint I have was the envelope it came back in was postmarked in Cleveland OH in 2010... Anyone know who's signature this is? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
