Ebay TRS

Not sure if this is the correct place for this post or not.....for any TRS, ebay is failing to include all items as "validated by the shipping company" for the TRS calculation. The result is I am no longer TR, but AS.

With my selling account, I ship daily through ebay shipping so the tracking is auto uploaded. EBay's tracking agrees with mine that the correct number of packages have had tracking uploaded and have been uploaded within the handling time. However, on approximately 5% of my items, ebay is claiming that the shipper did not "validate" the shipment. However, on each of the items, all show as "accepted" by the USPS in one day and show as delivered in no more than 3-4 days. This started in early June and is still occurring...clearly a glitch on eBay's end as the USPS has not only scanned each of the items, but delivered them all.

I contacted ebay and they took a list of examples to forward to their dept. that handles this type of situation and "assured" me that they would make this right. We will see. LMK of any questions.
