I was wondering what you recommend for storing graded cards. I have some 2 row boxes that are larger. Looking for something smaller that will fit nicely in a safe for higher value items...maybe 12-16 inches in length.
Anybody have any recommendations on what works for them. |

I remember there was someone who posted on this site some hand made wooden graded card storage boxes that were really nice. I did not buy one but I believe several members did.

The PSA boxes work great - I have both the plastic and cardboard types.
I like the custom wood boxes, but it appears that they are designed more for top loaders.

I scan the front of a wax pack as a box label with the box number below it. And yes, back to OP question, cards stack nicely vertically inside box. I used to be able to fit 84 in a box comfortably. Now with the newer fatter slabs, 75 or so might be the max. Stupid fat slabs......

Probably not what you're looking for since you want something smaller, but I really like the cardcasepro boxes. I like that they're adjustable. You can have 4 rows, or I always make 3 rows and use the side slots for postcards, exhibits etc.

Here's what I use for my graded cards. From A Box Factory.
![]() These come in chipboard ($44.99 to start, each), or wood ($84.99 to start, each). These are very similar to the old M.J. Roop boxes. I use the chipboard, as I don't travel with my cards. If I did, I'd use the wood. They offer a beautiful way to store your collection. Outside Dimensions: 8.5 x 14.375 x 5.375

Thanks for suggestions. Some nice ideas on storing in larger quantity which I will borrow. I think I am going to try a couple of PSA boxes for safe as they will fit.
