CLOSED - 61T Clemente - The UN-REA Auction
Up for auction is my '61 Clemente, which, like most of my cards, has been in my collection since the 60's (although not picked by me from a pack - but a few years later).
This is the UN-REA Auction. Raw, affordable, no extended bidding, no BP, no head on your keyboard at 4:30am, no waiting weeks for delivery, etc. In hand the card truly presents beautifully: sharp corners, wonderful centering, no creases, original gloss, and such. Flaws not easily detected in hand: slight vertical factory scratch to the right of his head; yellow ink dots bottom right in team name box; black ink dot bottom center. That yellowish streak through his head is a scanner issue. Bidding in whole dollar increments. Auction ends Sunday 5/1/16 at the final timestamp BEFORE 11:00pm EST.
