It looks like close to the same image from his 51 Bowman, so my guess is Dodgers.

My modest Bruce Edwards run
The uniform does appear to be the same in the 1951 Bowman card, but the pose is off (i.e. does not seem to be the same image). I love after collecting Brooklyn Dodgers cards for twenty years, I can still find cards of players I did not know existed. The hunt goes on.
