FS: 1913 St Mary's Industrial School (Baltimore) Baseball Team Calendar - Babe Ruth
11x9 Calendar issued by St Mary's Industrial School For Boys in 1913 as a promotion to get business for their print shop.
Most importantly, of course is the fact that 1913 was Babe Ruth's final year at St Mary's. Anything from the school/boarding house dating to his time there is exceedingly rare. The fact that it depicts the baseball team makes this piece that much more desireable. Ruth himself is not pictured in the photo as far as I can tell. One can only speculate what he might have been up to when the photo was taken. Many of his teammates from his final year on the team are pictured. This is an important piece of Babe Ruth, as well as baseball, memorabilia. An example of a St Mary's calendar from 1913 with an image of the inside of a cathedral sold in 2012 via REA for almost $600. I am asking $850 for this tremendous piece.  Tom C
