While I have several graded cards in my collection, I recently sent off my first card to SGC to be graded - a low-grade Cobb red portrait T206 - a while back.
I selected the Express option, which says ten business days and sent on 9/21. My SGC account online shows it was received on 9/23, but in the Shipped column, no date is shown and I have not been given any indication it was sent yet. Ten business days would have been last Wednesday the 7th and we are now on the 12th. Is it common for them to not update the shipped status on the website?

Though it is not guaranteed, the 10 business days, I would make a stink considering you are paying extra for the service.

Thanks, guys -
I will definitely call and plan to raise the issue of paying extra for a service that was not met. While I fully get that they will sometimes have time constraints, I can't imagine it should take all that long to grade a card that is clearly a 10. While I am under no serious deadline to have the card back, I certainly paid a bit extra just so they weren't sitting on it forever. Apparently, that didn't help. Can't say I'm all that thrilled considering this is my first-ever experience.

Ugh, sorry, this should have been in the main section. No idea I posted it here in the B/S/T. Leon, feel free to redirect as you see fit - my mistake.
