PSA would be best. Since they advertise a lot I think they can promote a new moron grading system and they would love to grade this moron.

Yes I did. I once saw him at a UACC show in New York City. Of course I asked for his signature. The Ramones were one of the best bands for autographs. It was almost as if it kept them grounded. Every time they came to Boston they did a record signing at a Strawberries Record Store. When "Rock and Roll High School' came out they came to the Boston premier and stood behind the candy counter signing. Besides the hometown I would guess we had one of the best fan bases for the band up there.
