HOF weekend Cooperstown BB card Show......July 24-25th

Mark Macrae and I are setting up at the Cooperstown Show next weekend. The Show is at the VFW hall on Main St.
The VFW hall is diagonally opposite the Hall of Fame. This event marks 36 consecutive years of this Show.

We will have our usual eclectic assortment of vintage BB cards (graded & ungraded) from 1887 - 1970. Including
100's of T206's, and some with rare backs (UZIT, HINDU, AMERICAN BEAUTY 460, PIEDMONT 460/42, etc., etc.)


Free Admission......Show times are............

Friday July 24th........ 10 AM - 7 PM

Saturday July 25th..... 9 AM - 7 PM (Auction may follow)

this Show, I will try to answer them.

Ted - I'm so glad you will be back this year. Any board members who are in Cooperstown next weekend MUST try to stop by this show. Talking to Ted and Mark (hi Mark!) is the highlight of the show for me, but it's also just a neat little card show to go to - it reminds me of the quaint shows I went to as a kid in the 1970s and early 80s.

This will only be my fourth induction weekend in Cooperstown, but in each of the last three years this show has been one of my favorite aspects of the whole experience. I'll usually stop by a couple times on Friday and again on Saturday morning as time permits, and it's always great.

I had never been to an induction until last year. I stopped into the small show and was blown away by the knowledge and friendliness of all of the dealers.

Heading up to Cooperstown tomorrow morning. And my boat is finally running so I can to get to the village via Otsego Lake. So, no parking issues for me.

My lone Cooperstown trip was with my dad in 1990, as a 14 year old.....What a beautiful village....not at all what I expected. I'd love to bring my family there next summer.

At HOF induction to celebrate Smoltz, Pedro, Randy and Biggio. Tons of Astro fans and Dominicans here. We've seen 53 of the 68 living Hall of Famers, and an additional 11 former players who aren't in the Hall. Great picture taken here that you wont see on TV
