Agree with your reaction Paul. I am not that familiar with how it works, but can't the card owner ask for whatever they want on the label, so is it PSA or the person who submitted it who is responsible for this?

Yes, I'm sure it came from the submitter, but PSA has the final say.
So both are in the wrong in my opinion. A regular Gordon Gekko "Greed is good"..........anything for a buck I guess.
