Some T206's I found in my collection plus a few questions.
I recently saw a thread about a Ewing card with a small "w" that I agree was probably something that got onto the printing plate that caused the flaw. I also looked at other threads about T206's with two names, misprints and scrap on so on.
I decided to look at my collection of T206's a little more closely under a magnifier. Here is what I found. 1 - McQuillan name at top and bottom. 2 - Merkle - Has what looks like ghost lettering. Above the "Y" in N.Y. looks like a reverse "N". 3 - Easterly - Are these printers marks to show centering? 4 - O'Hara - Same as Easterly 5 - Sullivan - Shows excess ink and what are the lines? Printers marks? Plate crack? Thanks for any help. Robert
