I was offered around $20-$30 for the pair of these after I asked for advice on the board. I told the guys they could bid in auction. Had they offered about $50-$60 for the pair I probably would have sold them...

Edited to say in in the offers, obviously you did better than that at your auction.

Very nice Leon! I have found that many people on the board are low ball kings! I know its one think to want a deal but alot of these guys want a deal and your first born!

f you think about it from their perspective, there are plenty of sellers who offer items up at 2-3 times what most here consider market value. And there are other sellers who have unique items that they appear to be too proud of (I fall into that category at times). Just look at the items here that start off at $2000 and get whittled down to $1,000 over a few weeks. If I get only 'low ball' offers for something, then it educates me that perhaps I am asking too much.
