I know a member is looking for both Jr and Sr. Items. This one isn't for sale, but I can't imagine too many of these are hanging around, and fewer signed

That is awesome. If Todd Schult.z hasn't seen it, he should. I have always enjoyed the ancillary items to the pre-war baseball cards. Even though I am basically starting over I still have a few items laying around. Maybe this will give me the push to organize some stuff.

Very nice!!!!!! (Hi Leon) I had seen Gimbel's connections with baseball before and I think I've even seen a baseball tips booklet but not this piece. According to Baseball Reference, Billy Jr. only played with Milwaukee in 1934, so yes, it seems this would have a very small population. I also see two autographs, and since Clarence Fieber was on that same team and only pitched in three games his one season in Milwaukee, my guess is the players signed it at the ballpark-- could have been at a store or team appearance, but ol' Clarence wasn't there very long so you've got a pretty small window.
Congrats!

Billy Jr. was my grandfather. That's a great piece. I've seen it before somewhere but I can't recall where. Thanks for sharing.
