SGC September grading specials?

SGC doesn't have the September specials posted on their site yet. Anybody heard? Or maybe Earl can let us know. Have a stack ready to go...but specials not listed...waiting...

3 Day Special:
$17 per card. Any card valued at $1,500 or less.
Pre War Special:

They sound pretty good. Though, I don't see turn around times on the Pre and Post War special I am sure it will be quicker than PSA.
