Ebay heads up.
Just in case you have auctions running or are about to list auctions on eBay, there apparently is a glitch in the system which is causing it to recognize many American buyers as international buyers and is blocking them from bidding in auctions in which the seller does not ship internationally. One member of another forum had six pages worth of blocked bids when he woke up this morning. I assume since this is actually an issue that affects eBay's own income they have everyone including the janitors working on the problem, but I have not heard it be corrected yet.

Probably just Ebay's little nudge to make everyone accept International Sales and the problems that come with it.
 I do plenty of International Selling myself, but have a large number of problem countries blocked also.
