Down to 1 pre-war card :(
Well, I'm in my mid-30s and a few years ago I stumbled upon this site. After some months I found out that I really appreciated the T205 and T206 sets in particular (especially Hindu and Broadleaf backs). I had no connection to pre-war cards other than this site so I guess they were the first cards to go in my downsizing process.
At one time I had several dozen of these cards and really liked them... Then, due to financial considerations, I slowly liquidated these cards. Now I'm down to 1 card, and feel sad about that, one lonely random off-grade plentiful (relatively speaking) card. If I ever become a rich man, which is very unlikely, I would jump back into the fray and get involved in these 2 sets. Here is my last and only card, and I plan on keeping it to remind me of my dalliance with pre-war cards. All that said, I'm not leaving this site as there are a decent amount of post-war card guys.
