Default Ty Cobb Tin

Only a few could afford, so I think it's ok to point out.

Wow talk about a diamond in the rough. Who knew craigslist has such great sports memorabilia...grant it it's the same price of a nice car.

There was one of these in a local antique shop near me for just over 3000 dollars. In the tin collectible book I think that was the fair value, has it skyrocketed in say the last five years? If so I might be taking a ride tomorrow.

What surprises me, is that the person is using the safety of Craigslist to sell it.

I've seen these sell up to $80,000.

If it is in half way decent condition the minimum for them is around 10k.....if you can get one for 3k it's quite the buy.
