Hi, been awhile-- endless quest.....hope to acquire at least one card each time i post...2014 has produced 3 or 4 excellent transactions with fellow Board members--thank you
--prefer raw, decent collector grade (VG- to Ex), but graded cards are fine--- lesser condition (decent fronts with back damage, writing, small holes, etc) OK for difficult cards--i'm pretty flexible, but flee from eBay BIN museum cards/"i bought it yesterday for x and would be happy to sell to you today at 2-3x" prices R311 (glossy)--Foxx,Martin,Braves,Dodgers,Cubs R311 (leather) -need 8 of 15 (have Dimag) R309-1--- need only Ruth R309-2---need many R303B- --need in B&W -Dickey,Gordon,Greenberg, --need in sepia -Dickey, Dimaggio, Foxx, Feller,Gomez, Greenberg, Herman, Kelter, Ott, Simmons, Vaughn R303A--need Chapman, Dimaggio, Higgins, Kelter, Kreevich, Lombardi, Mancuso, Travis, Vosmik, Williams R314 Types 2&3 (borderless or no "Litho..") need most R314 (creamy, Type 4)- need Bridges (portrait), Cochrane, Cronin(exist?), Doerr, Goslin,Hayworth, Owen, Rogell, Simmons, White R314 (Canadian and all Type 5 Tigers) -i have only 11 or 12 Canadian R316 Kashin-need Berg, English, Foxx, Frisch, Gehrig, Grantham, Hadley, Haines, Hornsby, Hoyt, Liska, Pencock, Rousch, J.Sewell Butterfingers in most any condition for the right price are nice 1949 Bowman --Paige--almost decent would work (creases, back damage, pin holes, etc) i'm guessing i'd acquire by outright purchase, but also very happy to try trades if possible using I have to trade a number of modest or lower grade R313 (25), R314 (60 including some Type IVs), R316 (11), R311 (3), R303 (6) 49Bowman(9), 48Bowman(11), 52Topps(35) and some nice, higher grade 1957 Topps from my youth that i didn't sell years ago on ebay -trade cards are very modest grade (some with tack holes, writing, scrapbook residue, many decent looking and some actually VG/Ex to Ex), but would be fine for others collecting decent looking, modest grade (the 57Ts are much better) as always, many thanks for any help jim frey Last edited by buckyball1; 07-05-2014 at 06:21 PM. |
