FS: Willard Hershberger
For sale is a very nice album page signed by six big league players. The most treasured autograph on the page is that of Willard Hershberger. Hershberger played three years as the backup catcher to future Hall of Famer Ernie Lombardi, but took his own life during the 1940 season at the age of 30. his is not an easy autograph to find, especially because he was given to sign his autograph at times with just his last name, thus making a full name autograph that much tougher.
Also includes vintage signatures of a pair of Hall of Famers in Johnny Mize and Charlie Gehringer.  Asking $180 delivered. Tom C
